SUMMIT, NJ - Based in guidance and recommendations from health officials, effective November 23 all City of Summit Offices -- including City Hall -- will be closed to the public. The Summit Free Public Library will also be closed, the actions implemented to safeguard the health and well-being of the Summit community and city staff
Citizens are asked to conduct business remotely online or by calling or emailing the department providing the required service.

Summit Free Public Library
Curbside pickup in the lobby will be available and library materials may be requested through the online catalog or by calling 908-273-0350. Curbside pickup will be available Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m. No curbside pickup will be available on Sundays or Wednesday evening after 4 .p.m on Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day.
Telephone reference service will be available by calling 908-273-0350, option 3. All programs will continue to be offered virtually. EBooks, emagazines, movies and more are all available through the library's electronic resources on the website.

Located on the second floor at City Hall, DCS will remain open normal business hours for document drop off and pickup only. Enter the building through the second lobby door on the left, off the parking lot.
