After sitting out the last two weeks after his caddie tested positive for COVID-19, Brooks Koepka returns to tournament play today for the Workday Charity Open.
Sam Greenwood/Getty ImagesLike other sports, professional golf shut down in mid-March as the coronavirus pandemic hit. The PGA got back on tour four weeks ago and tees off this week in Dublin, Ohio for the Workday Charity Open. It's the first of two consecutive events at Muirfield Village with the Memorial Tournament on tap next week. There's no need to hush the crowd during crucial putts, because there isn't any crowd -- as with the English Premier League, the MLS tournament and the upcoming NBA season in Orlando, the competition is taking place without fans in attendance. The tournament starts Thursday and the fourth and final round will be played on Sunday. Here's what you need to know.
Which big names are playing this weekend?
Last week's winner, Bryson DeChambeau, is taking the week off, but the field remains loaded for the Workday Charity Open with Justin Thomas, Jon Rahm, Brooks Koepka, Jordan Spieth, Justin Rose, Phil Mickelson, Patrick Reed and Rickie Fowler all in the field.
What about Tiger?
Tiger Woods has yet to resume tournament play and is sitting out again this week.
How can I watch the tournament without cable?
