The eastern Interstate 25 frontage road between Weld County Road 44 and the intersection of Valley Road will close permanently on Monday.
The closure will allow for the expansion and additional lanes on I-25 North, according to a Colorado Department of Transportation news release.
The Berthoud Park and Ride will close for about one week beginning Monday, and the lot will be temporarily moved to a site accessed from Weld County Road 44 before it is relocated to its final site.
Signs will be posted in the area, the release said.
The schedule is weather-dependent and subject to change, according to CDOT.
