Megan Freyder, spokesperson for Arlington Heights-based Nala Robotics, said more details would come as opening day approaches, but the robotic arm will be the centerpiece of the food court restaurant. To start, Nala will serve up to 10 types of cuisine, including Italian, Thai, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Mediterranean, and Portuguese. Freyder said the robotic kitchen has the capacity to add more cuisines and dishes.
