The 66-Story Aston Martin Residences is getting closer to topping off as Miami’s second tallest tower, new photos show.
Construction crews recently completed the 55th floor amenities level, which includes an outdoor infinity pool suspended above downtown Miami.
They now appear to be at about level 58, the photos show.
At the very top of the tower, a triplex penthouse will span level 63 through 66. Penthouse units are planned on levels 56 through 62, the area currently under construction.
When the final 8 floors are completed, Aston Martin will top off at 816 feet above ground, making it the second tallest building in Miami.
By comparison, Panorama Tower in Brickell is Miami’s tallest at 85 stories, or 868 feet tall. The Four Seasons tower will become third-tallest at 70 stories, or 789 feet. The Southeast Financial Center will fall to fourth place at 55 stories and 764 feet.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the Aston Martin Residences tower was held in October 2017, with a giant foundation pour in June 2019.
Completion is scheduled for 2022.
