Close Pacific Avenue in Santa Cruz, why? Restaurants can put tables out, clothing shops/bookshops can expand.
It allows safe shopping with more space. It allows eating out and supporting our restaurants.
It allows freedom to move 6 feet apart and creates community.
City Council, close off main shopping streets and allow business to expand into the streets for the next year.
