Seagate Development Group’s award-winning Sabbia model at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club’s Sardinia neighborhood is open for viewing and purchase. Miromar Lakes is an award-winning community being developed by Miromar Development Corporation just north of Naples, minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. Miromar Lakes is the only community in Southwest Florida to offer waterfront living, beaches, and golf all at one location. Acknowledged as the number one community in the United States, Miromar Lakes was named recipient of the National Association of Home Builders’ Gold Awards for Community of the Year and Best Clubhouse, the only Florida winner in history.
Situated on a lakefront homesite, the three-level, 6,227 square feet under air Sabbia residence was named recipient of the 2019 LBIA Superior Home Award. Priced at $4,650,000 with furnishings, the Sabbia was designed by RG Designs. Outside Productions crafted the home’s outdoor living area, pool and spa, and landscaping. The Sabbia model’s main entry is flanked by two garage areas, one of which is 67-feet long. The entry leads to the lower foyer and elevator, as well as spacious storage areas. Three guest suites with full baths, a great room with a sit-down bar, refrigerated wine storage, and a built-in media center, a spacious kitchen with island seating, a dining area, and a powder bath are located on the first living level. The great room opens to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, gas grill and refrigerator, a powder bath, dining and conversation areas, the elevated pool and spa, and a sundeck. The second level hosts the master suite, another guest suite, a clubroom, morning bar, and the laundry room. The master bedroom opens to an owner’s sundeck. A second sundeck and a bathroom with a walk-in closet and shower are located off the clubroom.

Construction of Seagate’s Burrata model in the Ancona neighborhood at Miromar Lakes is progressing as planned. Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the model’s interior. The floor plan by RG Designs includes 4,068 square feet under air and a 1,058 square-foot outdoor living area. The open concept living area includes a grand room, an island kitchen, and a dining area. The study can be tasked as a formal dining room. The grand room and dining area open to an outdoor living area with a two-sided fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and conversation and dining areas. The plan features four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master suite includes walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, dual water closets, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.
Ruta’s design will convey a sense of casual elegance. Her color palette will feature neutral tones with hints of coastal blue and grey tones and rich woods. The palette will play against mid to dark-toned hardwood flooring. Reverse soffit ceiling details will include LED back lighting.
The feature wall in the Burrata’s living area will offer molding details with organic elements. Floating shelves will reflect natural elements of sea coral and woods. Furnishings will include a sectional sofa with colorful accent pillows, two swivel chairs, and a cocktail table. Natural light will flood the kitchen through a window over the cooktop that overlooks a private garden. The kitchen’s perimeter will showcase a decorative backsplash, white cabinetry with upper cabinets featuring glass doors, and granite or quartzite counter surfaces. Appliances will include a double wall oven and a built-in refrigerator. A full-height cabinet will be positioned on one side of the refrigerator. The dining area will include a dark wooden table with chairs upholstered with cream-toned fabric, a dry bar with glass cabinetry and a wine cooler, and a rectangular floating wood ceiling detail. The Burrata’s study will feature a ceiling with a double-tray detail. Ruta will finish the study’s walls in a grey tone and furnish the room with a rich wooden desk and a neutral-toned sofa.
In the master bedroom, a king-sized bed will feature a bedding with luxurious organic fabrics in sky and earth tones. Nightstands flanking the bed and a dresser will be finished in a rich wood tone. The flooring in the master bath will be large format porcelain tile in a neutral tone. The bath will feature dual vanities with rich-toned cabinets and quartzite counter surfaces. Dual water closets, a free-standing tub, and a large walk-in shower will also be featured.
The Burrata’s outdoor living area will feature roll-down screens and a two-sided ventless gas fireplace. A conversation area will provide seating in front of the fireplace. The outdoor kitchen will feature Nature Kast cabinetry with granite counter surfaces, a sink, and an under-counter refrigerator. A walk-up island bar will also be finished with a granite counter surface. The custom pool will feature stepping pads and a sun shelf. A fire pit will provide an additional gathering place.
In addition to the models at Miromar Lakes, one buildable home site remains available at Seagate’s Windward Isle community, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. Windward Isle was named recipient of the 2019 Aurora Awards’ Residential Community of the year award.
Ruta also created the interior for Seagate’s award-winning Captiva model now open at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande being developed by Seagate. Seagate was presented the 2019 Aurora Award for the Captiva model in the Best Single-Family Detached Home Over 4,000 Square Feet category. Theory Design was recipient of an Aurora Award for the Best Interior Design of a Home Priced over $2 million category.
Seagate is offering a full golf membership to purchasers of newly constructed residences at Isola Bella, an enclave of 17 waterfront homesites situated adjacent to Talis Park’s Grand Piazza. The homesites present water and golf course views and can accommodate residences from 3,500 to more than 5,000 square feet. Seagate’s completed Sonoma model is open for viewing and its Monterey model is nearing completion.
Seagate is the exclusive custom homebuilder at Esplanade Lake Club, a 778-acre lakefront resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison. Custom homes by Seagate will be built on 11 exclusive lakefront home sites. The completed Monaco model is one of six open-concept plans ranging from 3,136 to over 4,100 square feet included in Seagate’s offering at Esplanade Lake Club. Two additional models are under construction.
Seagate’s furnished 5,295 square feet under air Streamsong grand estate model at Quail West is nearing completion. The 5,646 square feet under air Oak Hill model will be completed this summer. Both models were designed by RG Designs and feature interiors by Theory Design.
Theory Design also created the interior for a new two-story, 13,000 square-foot office building that serves as the corporate headquarters for Seagate Development Group and Theory Design.
