Seagate Development Group announced its completed furnished Streamsong grand estate model is now open for viewing and purchase at Quail West in North Naples.  A second residence, the furnished Oak Hill grand estate model, is under construction and on schedule for completion this summer.  Both models feature architectural designs by Rich Guzman at RG Designs, interiors created by Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi, and custom landscaping, outdoor living areas, and pools by Outside Productions.    For information about the Streamsong and Oak Hill models, contact Seagate’s Brett Backus at 239.572.0722 or via email at BBackus@seagatedevelopmentgroup.com.  Seagate also provides virtual tours via GoTo Meeting, Zoom, or Facetime.

Seagate’s Streamsong grand estate features 5,295 square feet under air and a massive 1,191 square foot outdoor living area.  The home’s exterior includes a covered entry sequence lined by columns and planters.  Double doors open to a foyer and a grand reception room adjacent to the great room.  The great room opens to a covered lanai with a fireplace, an island kitchen, and conversation and dining areas.  Inside, the great room anchors a space that includes a dining area and a double-island kitchen.  A hallway overlooking a garden courtyard leads from the living area to a clubroom and three guest suites, one of which opens to the outdoor living area.  A study/office is located just outside an owner’s suite that includes a bedroom that opens to the outdoors, walk-in closets, and a bath with his and her water closets, his and her vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.  Other features include a powder bath, a pool bath, a three-car garage, and a one-car garage.

Ruta’s Coastal California Cottage interior design for the Streamsong features white-toned backgrounds with blue and grey accents and white oak hardwood flooring.  Tray ceilings with clean-lined tongue-in-groove contribute to the Coastal California look.  The entry opens to a foyer that introduces a grand reception space with a conversation area and windows overlooking a landscaped courtyard.  The great room opens to the home’s outdoor living area.  A glass-encased walk-in wine room is situated between the great room and a dining room with a table with seating for ten.  Cabinetry in the dining room’s built-in bar features glass door fronts and stacked end cabinets with shelving.  The bar includes a stainless-steel French door refrigerator and icemaker.  Double doors open the dining room to the outdoor dining area.  The outer island in the kitchen includes counter-height seating and pendant lighting.  The kitchen cabinetry is white toned and plays against quartzite countertops.  The gourmet kitchen includes stainless-steel SubZero and Wolf appliances, including a 30-inch refrigerator, a 30-inch freezer, and a 48-inch gas range and oven.  A stainless-steel vent hood is flanked by windows.

The owner’s wing provides a private retreat while maintaining the home’s connection to the outdoors.  A study offers views of the landscaped courtyard and a terrace with a fire pit.  A vestibule in the master suite features a morning bar with an undercounter refrigerator.  The master bedroom’s sitting area opens to the terrace.  A hallway leading to the master bath is flanked by walk-in closets.  The bath features dual water closets, dual vanities, a walk-in shower with rain head and hand-held fixtures, and a free-standing tub.

The furnished Oak Hill model will include 5,760 square feet under air plus an outdoor living area featuring an outdoor kitchen with an island bar and dining area, a conversation area with a fireplace, a pool with sun shelves, bubblers, and a raised spa, and a trellised area with a fire pit.  A parlour will overlook the pool.  A dining area with a glass-encased walk-in wine room and a bar will be situated between the parlour and the great room and double-island kitchen.  The great room will open to the outdoor area.  The plan includes three guest suites, two of which open to the outdoors.  A study will also overlook the outdoors.  The owner’s bedroom will feature a sitting area with sliders opening to a covered patio.  Walk-in closets and a morning bar will be positioned in a hallway leading to an owner’s bathroom with his and her vanities and water closets.  The bath will also feature a walk-in shower and a free-standing tub.  Captivating ceiling designs will be found throughout the home.

The Oak Hill model’s clean-lined interior will blur the line between the indoors and outdoors.  An organic color palette will feature warm white and soft canvas backgrounds with hints of green and black, including black window frames.  The color scheme will be anchored by light oak hardwood flooring.  Numerous features will bring the outdoors in, including a poolside trellised area and a shower in the master bath overlooking a garden.  Floor to ceiling windows will contribute to the organic feeling of the design.

The foyer’s see-through view of the spa and pool deck will establish the Oak Hill’s connection to the outdoors.  The ceiling in the foyer and parlour will feature a reverse soffit with backlighting and a tray detail.  Four chairs and a cocktail table will be positioned adjacent to the walk-in wine room.  The dining room will also provide views of the outdoors.  An island bar will feature floating shelves set in front of a window, a bar sink, pendant lighting over a quartzite counter, and an undercounter refrigerator and ice maker.  Three windows will offer views of the landscaping at the front of the home.

The great room will accommodate a seating area with a sofa, end tables, a cocktail table, and four side chairs.  A built-in media center will grace the feature wall.  Pocketing sliders will open the space to the outdoors.  One island in the kitchen will offer seating and feature pendant lighting fixtures.  A second island will provide a food preparation space.  The Thermadore appliance package will feature paneled fronts.  A butler’s pantry will be located off the kitchen.

The study will feature a window with black trim and a reverse soffit ceiling with rope lighting.  The connection to the outdoors will continue in the master bedroom where sliders will open the sitting area to a covered patio.  A hallway with a morning bar and two walk-in closets will lead to a master bath with dual water closets, a walk-in shower, a free-standing tub, and dual vanities.  A window in the shower will provide a view of a walled garden.

In addition to the models at Quail West, Seagate has completed models and has models under construction at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, Talis Park, and Esplanade Lake Club.  Seagate’s completed Captiva model in Hill Tide Estates at Boca Grande features an interior by Theory Design’s Ruta Menaghlazi.  The Captiva model received an Aurora award in the Best Single-Family Detached Home Over 4,000 Square Feet category.  Ruta also created the interior for Seagate’s furnished Bal Harbour model now under construction at Hill Tide Estates.  Seagate has completed custom end-user residences at Renaissance in Fort Myers, Miromar Lakes, and Hill Tide Estates and is building custom homes in Windward Isle and at Talis Park.  Remodeling projects are underway in Estuary at Grey Oaks and Pelican Bay, Quail West, the Shadow Wood community, in Miromar Lakes, and on Boca Grande.

Seagate’s new two-story, 13,000 square-foot office building at 9921 Interstate Commerce Drive in Fort Myers serves as the corporate headquarters for Seagate Development Group and Theory Design.  For additional information, visit seagatedevelopmentgroup.com.
