The public is invited to learn more about, and share input on, Clatsop County’s Tsunami Evacuation Facilities Improvement Plan (TEFIP) through an online open house and survey.

The goal of the TEFIP project is to prepare a plan for improving tsunami evacuation facilities on routes that serve multiple purposes, such as walking and cycling trails. The plan will recommend evacuation improvements that build on the recreation and transportation assets of the county and integrate with the recently updated Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan.

The online portal includes a project overview, proposed evacuation routes, and a feedback survey including an interactive comment map.
