Kentucky Standout Lacey Bradshaw Joins Women's Basketball to Open 2022 Signing Class

MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Morehead State women's basketball has inked a National Letter of Intent with Independence, Ky., native and Notre Dame Academy standout Lacey Bradshaw.Entering her senior year, Bradshaw, a 5-foot-7 guard, has more than 1,000 career points and more than 500 rebounds. She averaged 14.4 points and 6.8 rebounds as a junior, hitting 51.2 % of her shots from the field.
An incredibly efficient shooter, the Independence, Ky., guard has also left her mark on Notre Dame Academy, where she currently holds the record for highest field goal percentage in a game, at 64.7%, and the highest field goal percentage in a season, which she set her sophomore year when she nailed 56% of her shots.
Bradshaw has been one of Kentucky's brightest high school basketball stars, racking up numerous KHSAA accolades over the past three season, including being a two-time KHSAA 9th Region First Team member, a three-time KHSAA 9th Region All-Tournament Team member, a three-time KHSAA 35th District All-Tournament Team member and being named KHSAA 35th District MVP her sophomore season.
Her breakout sophomore season was also capped off with a number of regional accolades, where she was named Cincinnati Enquirer NKY Winter All-Star, an NKCA All-Star, and was part of the Queen of the Commonwealth Tournament Team and the NKCA Division I All-Conference Team.
The future Eagle also played on the Kentucky Premier 17U EYBL.
Bradshaw will join the Morehead State roster beginning in the fall of 2022.
